  • I have trained all my life and know what a difference it makes to be fit and healthy. Being a personal trainer allows me the opportunity to motivate and inform others of my experience and knowledge. My challenge is to transfer my energy by motivating and challenging you.

    After putting my successful professional career on hold to spend time at home raising my three beautiful kids, my decision was to re-enter the workforce in a role that I love. I began with outdoor training and loved it. The great results and feedback from clients inspire and motivate me to grow and promote Local Motion Fitness and Health throughout the Westleigh, Pennant Hills, Thornleigh and Wahroonga areas

    I love that my job is about getting to meet and know such a wide variety of great people and assisting them to make positive changes in their lives. One of my goals is to show clients that no matter what their personal or family history: heart disease, obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes, cancer, poor posture - a life lived in good health will help to manage or avoid these conditions. Though it is a work in progress, my personal project is to remain energetic and young at heart well into my 90's!
