Session Times

Local Motion Fitness and Health sessions are by appointment only. It is important to commit to your sessions. Pre-payment and attendance to your booked sessions are required.

These are the existing sessions at the moment; however we are flexible and try to accommodate most requests. If you have a preferred time to train and it’s not listed, please contact us and I’m sure we can arrange a time that suits.
